The mission of Jewish Scouting Alumni is to foster connection among Scouting alumni who identify with, practice, or simply support Jewish faith and culture; to promote Scouting within Jewish communities; and to highlight the compatibility of Jewish values with the Scout Oath and Law, especially reverence, service, and loving-kindness. Through fellowship, mentorship, and service, we cultivate a vibrant alumni network that advances Scouting's mission

Jewish Scouting Alumni was created to connect alumni who identify with, practice, or support Jewish faith and culture, and to strengthen the relationship between Jewish values and the Scouting movement. This group is meant to support Jewish youth, leaders, families, and alumni while remaining fully aligned with the Scout Oath and Law.

JSA is inclusive and welcoming, and it is a zero-tolerance space for hate, harassment, or discrimination of any kind. Membership reflects an expectation of respect, kindness, and alignment with Scouting values.

Founders' Legacy Award

A special recognition honoring an individual whose vision, leadership, and lifelong dedication to Jewish Scouting helped inspire the creation of Jewish Scouting Alumni. This award celebrates a legacy of service, mentorship, and impact that continues to shape generations.
